Beschrijving van de functie As a Trilingual Mutual Insurance Officer your responsibilities are: - Manage and process mutuality-related claims and applications efficiently. - Provide accurate and timely advice to clients regarding insurance policies. - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. - Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings in three languages. - Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies. - Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance client satisfaction. - Support the department in achieving its operational goals. Jouw profiel A successful Trilingual Mutual Insurance Officer should have: - Proficiency in French, Dutch, and English. - Knowledge of the insurance industry and mutuality-related processes (2 years of experience). - Strong organisational and administrative skills. - Attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive information. - Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills. - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in relevant computer systems and tools.
